I am fully vaccinated for Covid and flu. Proof of these immunizations is available upon request. Mask wearing is now optional.
Safety Precautions at the Clinic
Check-in Procedure
- No Crowded Waiting Rooms – you will be alone when you arrive and when you leave.
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon entry to the building.
- Wellness Screen –Please let me know of any COVID-related symptoms or potential exposure.
Cleaning Procedures
- We ask that all patients wash their hands before and after their therapy session.
- Your Physical Therapist will clean all equipment, tables, chairs, etc. before and after each client use.
- Hand sanitizer is available and encouraged to be used.
