Hans Stenfert Kroese P.T. MOMT, BSPE, SpM
“With 35+ years experience I specialize in hard-to-treat cases. My focus is to help clients who have a complicated diagnosis or are uncertain of their prognosis.”
Hans opened his practice after working at major hospital out-patient clinics in San Diego, CA (Kaiser, Adventist Health, Scripps), and in Portland, OR (Legacy Health)
treating orthopedic and neurological disorders since 1989.
Hans wanted a quiet, private, spa-like environment that would be very comfortable to patients, while offering them more than your traditional Physical Therapy clinic.
The treatment sessions are one-on-one hands-on therapy with a focus on treating most musculo-skeletal disorders, including cervicogenic headaches, neck pain, and
numerous other disorders such as foot/ankle and running injuries. Treatments also involve exercise therapy.
He ranks in the top 5% of outpatient Physical Therapists in the US based on a 2019 survey (FOTO questionnaire).

I have had extensive experience in mindfulness training and countless hours in joint and spinal disorders continuing education.”
Hans has created his own method for treating chronic neck pain and Cervicogenic Headache conditions and Hypermobility disorders in addition to numerous other spinal and extremity conditions.
Hans uses gentle techniques and believes that spinal manipulations should be avoided.
He does not believe in spinal joint subluxation theories.
He has lectured to local Physical Therapist on topics such as sleep, foot/ankle injuries, hypermobility disorders, MABT (Mindful Awareness in Body Oriented Therapy), Migraine disorders, etc.
